What happens when my free trial ends?+
We send you a WhatsApp reminder 7 days before and again 3 days before. Just transfer the money to our account and your listing stays active. If you don't pay, your profile goes on pause — it doesn't disappear. You can restart anytime.
What is the green Verified badge?+
Our team comes to you in person. We check your government ID, your trade certificate, and we confirm your address. Once we're satisfied, you get the green badge on your profile. It tells clients that a real person vouched for you — not just an app.
What is the gold Elite placement?+
When you upgrade to Elite, your profile goes to the top of every search result immediately — before we even do the field verification. Gold treatment in the directory means clients see you first.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Start on Foundation and upgrade whenever you're ready. Your profile, your invoices, and your client history all carry over. Nothing is lost.
What is the Founding Member rate lock?+
The first 50 contractors in each zone get their monthly rate locked forever. If we raise prices next year, you keep paying what you pay today. Once those 50 spots are gone, they're gone.
